Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 24, 2026

This privacy policy applies to all applications and software published by For His Glory LLC.

1. Introduction

This is the umbrella privacy policy for all applications and software published by For His Glory LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It describes how we collect, use, and protect your information across all of our products.

Individual apps may have their own supplemental privacy policies that provide app-specific details. Where a supplemental policy exists, it will be linked from within that app or its App Store listing. In the event of any conflict between this umbrella policy and an app-specific policy, the app-specific policy governs for that particular application.

We believe privacy is a right, not a privilege. We collect as little data as possible, we never sell what we do collect, and we are transparent about how your information is handled.

2. Data We Collect

The data we collect varies by application and is limited to what is necessary for that app to function properly. Depending on the specific app, this may include:

  • Information you provide directly. For example, content you create within an app, preferences you set, or information you submit through a contact or support form.
  • Device and usage information. Some apps may collect basic, non-identifying technical information such as device type, operating system version, or general usage patterns to help us fix bugs and improve performance.
  • Crash and diagnostic data. If an app crashes, we may receive basic diagnostic information through Apple's standard crash reporting to help us identify and fix the issue.

Each app collects only what it needs. Many of our apps function entirely on-device and collect no data at all.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

We want to be equally clear about what we do not do:

  • We do not collect personal information for advertising purposes. We do not run ads in our apps, and we do not use advertising networks or advertising identifiers.
  • We do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools that follow you across apps or websites.
  • We do not collect precise location data unless an app explicitly requires it for core functionality, and only with your express permission.
  • We do not create user profiles for marketing, behavioral targeting, or any form of surveillance.
  • We do not collect biometric data such as fingerprints, facial recognition data, or voiceprints.

4. How We Use Your Data

When we do collect data, we use it only for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the app's core functionality.
  • To fix bugs, resolve crashes, and improve app performance.
  • To respond to your support requests or inquiries.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is described here and in any applicable app-specific privacy policy.

5. No Selling or Sharing of Your Data

We do not sell your personal information. Period. This is not a negotiable business decision. It is a core principle.

We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes. We do not participate in data brokerages, data exchanges, or any arrangement where your information is treated as a commodity.

The only circumstances under which we would disclose information are:

  • With your explicit consent.
  • To comply with a valid legal obligation, such as a court order or lawful government request.
  • To protect safety, if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to any person.

6. Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the data we handle. This includes:

  • Encryption of data in transit using industry-standard protocols.
  • On-device storage and processing wherever possible, so your data never leaves your device.
  • Regular review of our practices and tools to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. But we are committed to treating any data we handle with the same care we would want applied to our own.

7. Children's Privacy

Some of our apps are designed for use by children. We take this responsibility seriously.

  • We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable regulations regarding children's privacy.
  • For apps directed at children under 13, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
  • Our apps designed for children do not contain advertising, in-app purchases that bypass parental controls, or links to external websites or services that are not age-appropriate.
  • If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@forhisglory.llc and we will take immediate steps to address it.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

  • Data stored entirely on your device is under your control. You can delete it at any time by deleting the app or clearing its data.
  • If we store any data on our servers (which most of our apps do not require), we retain it only as long as necessary to provide the service and then delete it.
  • Support correspondence (such as emails) is retained for a reasonable period to ensure we can follow up on your requests, and then deleted.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. We respect these rights regardless of your location and will do our best to accommodate any reasonable request. Your rights may include:

  • Access. You can request to know what data, if any, we have collected about you.
  • Correction. You can request that we correct any inaccurate data.
  • Deletion. You can request that we delete any data we hold about you.
  • Portability. You can request a copy of your data in a standard, machine-readable format.
  • Objection. You can object to certain types of data processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@forhisglory.llc. We will respond within 30 days.

10. International Compliance

For users in the European Economic Area (GDPR):

If you are located in the EEA, you have the rights described above under applicable data protection laws. Our legal basis for processing data, when applicable, is either your consent or our legitimate interest in providing and improving our apps. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

For users in California (CCPA/CPRA):

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. You may still exercise your rights by contacting us at privacy@forhisglory.llc.

We do not discriminate against any user for exercising their privacy rights.

11. Third-Party Services

Our apps are distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple has its own privacy policy and data practices that govern their platform. We encourage you to review Apple's privacy policy for information about how they handle your data.

Beyond the App Store, our apps generally do not integrate with third-party services. If a specific app does use a third-party service (for example, a cloud sync provider), that integration and its privacy implications will be described in that app's supplemental privacy policy.

12. Artificial Intelligence and Your Data

Artificial intelligence is a powerful tool. Like any tool, it can be used responsibly or recklessly. We are committed to using it responsibly, and we want you to know exactly where we stand.

Your data is not training material. We will never send your personal information to third-party AI systems that use it to train their models. This is not a policy we adopted because regulations required it. It is a conviction we hold because your data belongs to you, not to a machine learning pipeline.

As AI capabilities evolve, we want to be straightforward about how we do and do not use them in our apps and services.

  • No third-party AI training on your data. We do not transmit user data to any external AI service, platform, or model provider that uses submitted data to train, fine-tune, or improve its models. If a third-party service cannot guarantee that your data will not be used for training, we will not use that service.
  • On-device processing first. When we incorporate AI-powered features into our apps, we prioritize solutions that run entirely on your device. On-device processing means your data never has to leave your phone or tablet in order to work. It stays with you, where it belongs.
  • Transparency about AI features. If any of our apps use artificial intelligence or machine learning in a way that affects your experience, we will tell you. We will not bury AI functionality behind vague language or hide it in features without disclosure. You deserve to know when AI is involved and how it works.
  • No AI-driven profiling. We do not use artificial intelligence to build behavioral profiles, predict purchasing decisions, or target you with personalized advertising. We do not feed your usage patterns into algorithms designed to manipulate engagement or maximize screen time.
  • Human accountability. AI does not make decisions about your data. People do. Any decision about how your information is collected, stored, or processed is made by real people at For His Glory LLC who are accountable for those choices.

As of this writing, our apps do not use cloud-based AI services to process your data. If that ever changes, we will update this policy before introducing any such feature, and we will make sure you know about it.

We believe that technology should serve people, not exploit them. That conviction shapes every decision we make, including how we approach artificial intelligence. We would rather leave a feature on the drawing board than build it in a way that compromises your trust.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our apps, or applicable law. When we make changes:

  • We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
  • For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as through an in-app notice or a prominent update on our website.
  • The updated policy will apply to all data collected after the new effective date.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
